Valve Cone with Transparant Silicone Sealing
This safety bulletin applies to valve cones with a transparent silicone sealing. The valve cone is present in breathing valves (second stage regulators) with serial no. 0227000 and 0306999, or delivered between 01-07-2002 and 03-2003.
The bulletin also applies to spare parts delivered in the same period.
The quality issue only concerns valve cones with a transparent silicone sealing. For valve cones with a silicone sealing in blue, red or white no further action is required.
