Ocenco Acquires French Respiratory Protection Company

Ocenco Incorporated of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin completed the acquisition of Matisec S.A. of Saint Alban de Roche, France on June 20, 2007.

Matisec is a leading manufacturer of personal protection equipment for first responders and personnel working in hostile environments. The company designs and manufactures a wide range of breathing apparatus and protective suits and clothing for the nuclear, chemical, bacteriological, firefighting, maritime and military markets.
